Every session gets the same full kit and the same load-in, setup and teardown, whether you record for 20 minutes or all afternoon. The 2-hour minimum ($898) is what makes a short session worth bringing the whole studio for.

Booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup (under an hour) and teardown. So plan your recording inside those 2 hours, and book more time if you want a longer stretch on camera.

Yes. Hourly sessions are $449 an hour after the 2-hour minimum. If you need 8 hours, the day rate ($2,999) works out to $375 an hour.

Booth packages cover 4 hours. If your booth needs more time, or more than one show day, tell us when you ask for a quote and we’ll price the extra time into it.

We can keep going only if the crew can stay. Overtime is billed at the hourly rate ($449 an hour), and we agree it with you on site before it starts. If you already know you’ll need the time, book it upfront so it’s in your quote.

On a booth package, we don’t count them. Record as many episodes and interviews as fit inside your booked hours, whether that’s a run of five-minute customer chats or a few long conversations. Booth Pro and Booth Showcase put up to 4 people on mic at once.

Hourly and day-rate sessions are billed by time, not by episode.

Booth Basic and Booth Pro include basic interview editing. Advanced interview and clip editing is $500 extra, and it’s included in Booth Showcase. Hourly and day-rate sessions include the raw files, and any editing is an add-on.

Social clips (15 to 60 seconds) and full, publish-ready episode editing are quoted with your booking. Every booking also gets the raw files within 24 hours, so your own editor can start right away if you have one.

Raw files arrive within 24 hours by cloud download link, or we copy them to your own drive on site. You get multitrack audio, each camera’s 4K ISO file and a switched master. Once the booking is paid in full, the recordings are yours.

We don’t store files after delivery, so download them and back them up right away.

Bookings are paid in full to reserve your date. We send an invoice with your booking, and you can pay by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, or check. The price in your quote is locked once you book, even if the prices on this page change later.

We’re based in Las Vegas and work across Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and the Strip. For work outside the metro, the travel day rate starts at $4,999 per day. Flights, hotel and gear shipping are quoted upfront and billed at cost. We travel nationwide and abroad when the budget allows.
