The short version
- We collect what you type into the quote form or put in an email, plus basic stats about how people use this site.
- We use it to reply, quote and deliver your booking, and to see which pages are useful.
- A few service providers handle it for us. They're listed below.
- We don't sell personal information.
- Email [email protected] to see, fix or delete what we have about you.
Who we are
Podcasting Mobile is a service of The Flesher Company, LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. "We", "us" and "our" in this policy mean The Flesher Company, LLC. This policy covers podcastingmobile.com and the emails and booking conversations that start here.
What we collect
What you send us
- Quote requests. What you're recording and where, your dates, start time and hours, the venue or show name, booth number and city, the format and number of people on mic, any extras or package you're interested in, your message, and your name, email, company, phone number (optional), the best way to reach you and how you heard about us.
- Campaign tags. If you reached the site from a link with campaign tags (the
utm_part of some links), the quote form passes those tags along so we know which post or ad sent you. - Emails and messages. Whatever you write to us, plus your contact details.
- Bookings. What we need to plan and run your session, such as venue and load-in details, the people we'll be working with on site, and billing contacts.
- Payments. We invoice bookings, and you pay outside this website by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, or check. This website never collects card numbers or bank details.
What the site collects on its own
- Site statistics (Google Analytics 4). Which pages you visit, how you got here (for example a search or a link), your general location (city or country, not your street), your device and browser type, and actions such as pressing a "Get a quote" button, tapping our email address or sending a quote request. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to tell visits apart.
- Hosting and security logs (Cloudflare). Every visit passes through Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the page and block attacks and spam. Cloudflare may set a cookie for security.
- Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). The quote form uses Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. It looks at signals from your browser and usually needs nothing from you. No puzzles.
- A small note in your browser. When you send a quote request, the form saves a one-line note in your browser's session storage so the thank-you page knows your request went through. Your browser clears it when you close the tab.
Videos and podcast players
- YouTube videos on this site use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and don't load until you press play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) handles the video and any data it collects under Google's privacy policy.
- Spotify episode players load from Spotify when you scroll to them. Spotify handles the player and any data it collects under Spotify's privacy policy.
- Links to Instagram and other sites take you to those sites, which have their own policies.
How we use it
- To answer your quote request and plan your session.
- To run your booking: scheduling, logistics, files and invoices.
- To email you about your quote or booking, including follow-ups. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
- To promote our work. We may use stills and short clips from your booking, and your name or your company's name, unless you opt out in writing before the booking. See our booking terms.
- To see which pages and links are useful, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site and the quote form secure and free of spam.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who handles it for us
These companies process information for us. Each one has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the quote form and protects both, including Turnstile. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Resend sends the emails the quote form creates: your request to our inbox, and the confirmation we send back to you. Resend's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics provides the site statistics described above. How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Our business email provider stores the emails we send and receive at [email protected].
- Our payment processor and bank handle booking payments under their own privacy policies. Payments don't pass through this website.
- YouTube and Spotify run the players described above, and only when they load.
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. That's the full list.
We don't sell personal information
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Nevada privacy notice
If you live in Nevada, Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) lets you tell us not to sell the covered information we collect about you. We don't sell covered information. You can still send a request and we'll keep it on file: email [email protected] with "Nevada privacy request" in the subject line. We may need to confirm it's you, and we'll reply within the time Nevada law requires.
For Nevada's disclosure rules:
- The covered information we collect is listed under What we collect. It can include your name, email address, phone number and company.
- The companies we share it with are listed under Who handles it for us.
- To review or correct what we have, email us. See Your choices.
- Google Analytics may collect information about your activity on this site over time and across other websites that use it.
- We'll tell you about changes to this policy by updating this page and the date at the top.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, emails and booking records for as long as we need them to answer you, run your booking and keep the business records the law requires. After that we delete them. Site statistics are kept under the data-retention setting in our Google Analytics account.
Your choices
- See, fix or delete your information. Email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may have to keep some records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records.
- Site statistics. Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Videos. If you don't press play, the YouTube player doesn't load.
- Emails. Ask us to stop follow-up emails and we will.
- Portfolio use. To keep stills, clips and your name out of our marketing, tell us in writing before your booking. An email to [email protected] is enough.
- Do Not Track. Browsers send this signal inconsistently and there's no shared standard for it, so the site doesn't change what it does when it sees one.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Still, no website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details through the quote form or by email.
Where your information is processed
We're in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
