Required unless your dates are flexible.

Hourly sessions have a 2-hour minimum. Booth packages are 4 hours. The day rate covers 8 hours. Booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup (under an hour) and teardown.

Outside the Las Vegas metro, travel costs are quoted upfront and billed at cost.

How booking works

  1. Tell us the venue and date

    Two minutes on the quote form: where, when, how many people on mic, and what you want to walk away with.

  2. We plan the layout

    We sort out the footprint, power and load-in with you (and the venue or exhibitor services, if needed).

  3. We set up, you record

    Ready in under an hour, and setup and teardown count toward your booked time. Our engineer runs cameras, audio and switching while you talk.

  4. Files within 24 hours

    Multitrack audio, every 4K camera angle and a switched master, by cloud download link or copied to your own drive on site.
