Teddy Talks at RE+ 2025

The brief
A talk-show set inside a trade-show booth
AP Systems wanted to turn its booth into a talk-show set, so the team could record interviews with partners and attendees during the show.
Teddy Hodges hosted. The job on our side: make the booth work like a studio without turning it into a construction site, then keep the cameras rolling while guests came and went.
What we did
Load-in
The kit travels in cases on one hand truck. A standard 3-camera setup goes from load-in to recording in under an hour. Setup counts as booked time.
The set
Two white sofas on a low stage in front of the Teddy Talks backdrop. We placed cameras, mics and the engineering desk around it and worked with the AP Systems booth team on the details.
Light
Our LED lights and softboxes, aimed at the sofas, so guests look like they’re on a show and not under convention-hall lighting.
Live switching
Three cameras, three mics. Our engineer cut between angles live while each camera kept its own recording.
Battery power
Our power station runs the full kit for at least 6 hours, so a 4-hour booth package never needs venue power.
Files within 24 hours
Multitrack audio, each camera’s 4K ISO file and the switched master. Same delivery promise as every booking.
